Please keep the minimum distance of 1.5 metres in our hotel to other guests as well as to our team.
All staff wear protective masks. For your personal use, you can purchase FFP2 masks at the reception.
Please wash your hands regularly and for at least 30 seconds. Disinfection dispensers and soap are provided for you in the hotel.
Please use the lift only alone or with your partner.
We offer our breakfast in the breakfast room as a buffet. Disinfectant is available for you. FFP2 masks is compulsory at the buffet.
Please note: If you show symptoms of a respiratory disease, we are unfortunately not allowed to accommodate you.
Your room will be cleaned by us during your stay. If you do not wish this to happen, please mark your room door with the “Do not disturb” sign from the outside.
Regular disinfection and basic cleaning of the surfaces in our rooms and all public areas is a matter of course for us.
Our key cards and pens are disinfected after each use.
Of course, contactless payment as well as sending the bill by e-mail are possible with us.
All employees are trained in their field of activity and are informed about changes on a daily basis.
Ideally, sneeze and cough into the crook of your arm or into a disposable handkerchief and dispose of it immediately.
