Outside exhibition
Charge free cancellations can be done until 1 day prior arrival – 2 p.m.
During exhibition
Charge free cancellations can be done until 7 days prior arrival.
Groups (until 5 rooms)
Charge free cancellation can be done until 14 days – 4 weeks prior arrival.
Groups (over 10 rooms)
Charge free cancellation can be done until 4 – 6 weeks prior arrival
By cancellation after this date 80% of the room rate will be charged, if the rooms cannot be rented ulterior.
Parking
The hotel has no own parking place. Parking lots are available at the public parking garage next to the train station (just 3 minutes to walk).
For the billing of the car park over the hotel, we offer a reduced price. For unloading your luggage’s you are more than welcome to use our driveway.
