Cancellation terms
Outside exhibition
Charge free cancellations can be done until 1 day prior arrival – 2 p.m.
During exhibition
Charge free cancellations can be done until 7 days prior arrival.
Groups (until 5 rooms)
Charge free cancellation can be done until 14 days – 4 weeks prior arrival.
Groups (over 10 rooms)
Charge free cancellation can be done until 4 – 6 weeks prior arrival
By cancellation after this date 80% of the room rate will be charged, if the rooms cannot be rented ulterior.
Parking
You are welcome to park at our partner parking garage at the main train station (approx. 3 minutes’ walk).
When paying via the hotel, we offer a reduced price. For your arrival, you may use our hotel driveway for loading and unloading.
